No update on Diatomaceous Earth

But this post is hilarious about what to do to keep out the bugs!

Diatomaceous Earth, is it in Bisquick? Does Bisquick contain Diatomaceous Earth? Does Bisquick have Diatomaceous Earth in it?

So I read all over the place that diatomaceous earth is a good way to stop pests. I guess the deal is that it is small fossilized plants and it slices the exoskeleton of bugs that walk across it and then they bleed to death (not a pleasant way to go).

One thing I find interesting is that a lot of sites claim that Bisquick, and other mixes, contain diatomaceous earth (DE) as a pest control.

This site for example on How to keep bugs from entering my house http://howtokeepbugsfromenteringmyhouse.blogspot.com/

Or this one http://www.internet-grocer.net/diatome.htm

So I wrote Bisquick an email because I’m curious if this is true or not?

Working on a new comparison blog, LeftHand SAN versus Equallogic

This has been really interesting, but a very difficult comparison so far of which SAN to go with.

So my sister got a broken attachment so I did a little internet searching and found this to decode it

Save the file as a .mim and then use a right click decode.

Backing up your MediaWiki Appliance

I was very surprised at how easy it is to backup up your media wiki appliance. Log into your mediawiki appliance, go to the Back Up and Restore and then go to Backup Settings. Enable your backups. For backup location I choose to use a ‘Windows’ File System Share.

Then for connection host use your server, and then for your connection path you need to use forward slash notation.
