So having to recover email is always a chore… but it gets even nastier if the size of the exported .pst is larger than 2GB. At first I was going to use the .pst truncating tool from Microsoft but then after reading this post http://articles.techrepublic.com.com/5100-22_11-5109505.html

I decided to just export date ranges, and then I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the missing items where in my users sent box, so I just exported their sent items and all subfolders. Hope it has what is needed!
